SAGINAW COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION SYSTEM RENEWAL
“Shall the County of Saginaw, Michigan (“County”), renew the previously voted increase in the limitation on the total amount of general ad valorem taxes which may be imposed for all purposes upon real and personal property in the County, as provided in Article 9 Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution of 1963, as amended, which last resulted in a levy of 0.1615 mill ($0.1615 per $1,000) of taxable valuation of such property as finally equalized, up to the same levy of 0.1615 mill ($0.1615 per $1,000) of taxable valuation, for levy in the years 2011 to 2014, both inclusive, which levy is estimated to raise up to $783,000 in the first year, for the purpose of continuing the operation and maintenance of the Saginaw County Parks and Recreation System within Saginaw County?”
